The Rivalry Run
Abbey and Wade Thomas (two of our RezDowntowners) have organized a 5K race to support the Domestic Violence Protection Services Agency, a nonprofit that helps domestic violence abuse victims in Kansas City. Sign up to run and earn points for your favorite state: where you live, where you were born, where your favorite university, college or high school is located, or just your favorite side of the border. A traveling trophy recognizing the state that gets the most points will be on display in the Power and Light District until next year’s Rivalry Run. Sign up at www.therivalryrun.org.
