The book of Genesis is filled with archetypical stories that define who we are as human beings created to be in relationship with God and one another. From God's creation, our human failures and God's redemption, we learn what it means to be children of God. From the Garden of Eden to the Wilderness to the Ark, this series will look at these profound truths in a new way.
A highlight of worship each week will be music form the musical, Children of Eden, written by Stephen Schwartz, famed composer of Wicked and Godspell. Then we’ll have the opportunity to see a spectacular production of Children of Eden, co-produced by Resurrection and The Culture House in the Resurrection Leawood Sanctuary.
